Welcome to The European College of Bovine Health Management (ECBHM)

The European College of Bovine Health Management (ECBHM) is an EBVS accredited veterinary specialty college dedicated to advancing all aspects of bovine heath management based on scientific evidence.  The college acccredits trainings institutions, provides training and education for its residents and certifies veterinary specialists in bovine health management.  The ECBHM serves as source of expertise in all areas related to bovine health, wellbeing and productivity.

ECBHM Certifying Exam 2024

6 new Diplomates welcome!

This years' ECBHM certifying exam took place at the University of Liverpool. Ten candidates were up to the challenge of a demanding exam marathon. The Board of the College is excited to announce the additon of 6  new Diplomates!   

Congratulations to this achievement to our new fellow Diplomates and a big THANK YOU to our Examination Committee for their tremendous work with preparing and delivering this exam.

ECBHM Residents workshop 2024 in Brno, Czech Republic

The ECBHM Residents workshop on udder health management took place in Brno, Czech Republic on April  23 and 24. 24 residents from across Europe met for an intense but fun boot camp. The event was organized by Volker Krömker, Luis Pinho, Paolo Moroni and Petr Fleischer at the Czech Veterinary Research Institute and a local dairy farm and as usual was  hosted by  the ECBHM.

The college expresses its appreciation and gratitude to the organizers for the dedicaltion and enthusiams in organizing an excellent hands-on and cutting edge training event for our residents. We also greatly acknowledge the great support and tremendous hospitality of the Veterinary Research Institute in Brno!
