The AGM 2025 will be held in hybrid format on
Thursday 15. May 2025 in Nantes
at the venue where the European Biuatrics Congress will be held

Retired and non-practicing Diplomates are welcome to attend the AGM but are not eligible to vote. College residents are cordially invited to attend the AGM as guests (without opportunity to vote)
Voting during AGM will be conducted electronically. Diplomates eligible to vote are required to bring a device connectable wirelessly to the web to be able to cast their vote. Detail about the elecitronic voting procedure will be communicated in time before the AGM.
Diplomates wishing to physically attend the AGM in Nantes without being registered as delegate at the EBC 2025 are kindly requested to notify the ECBHM secretary to assure they are admitted at the venue for the AGM.
