Nomination Committee
The Nomination Committee is elected by the annual
meeting. The Nomination Committee consists of two members who are not ECBHM
officers. The term of office of the Nomination Committee is two years. After a
call for nominations, the Committee shall receive from the membership
suggestions of members to be elected as officers and shall provide a recommended
list of candidates to the annual meeting. Nominees will be contacted to obtain
their consent before final nomination to the Board. The proposal shall be made
available to the members at least 30 days before the annual meeting.
